Pim already wrote a really nice manual.. therefore some links will point to pim his pages.. I took Pim his manual and tweaked it for this specific data.. Tnx Pim!!

This document describes the necessary processing steps for raw data to final product. 
  1. The first section explains the most fundamental step; Unraveling the raw data . 
  2. The second step will explain how to reduce the data for tides and PPK
  3. Next follow a sections discussing cleaning steps.  
  4. Producing the final product; a bathy chart.
  5. An extra link to explain how to make a backscatter map 
Be advised that this is written as a guidance, each dataset might require some additional commands or tweaking. This is just a skeleton of the complete process. Look at this document as recipe for cooking; remember adding some extra flavor could give it just that unique touch it needs (reference Pim)!
