After a couple days of down time for crew swap, resupply, and refuel we got back underway at dusk. We’re headed back to the survey grounds in Lake Melville for a couple more days of hydrographic survey before navigating through the last bits of winter ice on our transit to Resolution Island, just south of Baffin Island.

While alongside in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador we saw water bombers refilling to fight the nearby fires.
